The toughest tempo run to date and was at max effort the full 25mn.
Legs were about to fail the last few mn
Almost failed mentally where I was going to slow down the pace but was able to push through.

Tagged along a pro runner which was great !
More hilly than rolling terrain and longer than the training called for but good training opportunity.
Felt great and was able to keep up.
