First of three free trials at the Y. First time "spinning".
It was about as much fun as pedaling like mad and going nowhere could be. But once I got over that and just appreciated it as a low impact cardio activity, it was decent. Interval-based and definitely worked up a good sweat. The instructor was great. No complaints from the leg, even with the standing parts.
Speaking of spinning, why oh why did the locker I chose just *have* to be the one with the spider in it. One of those pale green ones often found in bathrooms. Moved my stuff to another locker to give the spider back their space. We both lived to tell the tale.
