This was a difficult workout, but it was good. I was excited to do a hill workout because I haven't done them in a long time. I was really pushing myself when going up the hills and was defiantly feeling the lactic acid in my legs.

It was nice to be on the track and running hard. Today I really pushed myself and was struggling, but I pushed through it! When it was getting hard, I just kept telling myself to pump the arms, and this made me push through the set. Even though this was a hard workout I really enjoyed it.

This was a pretty hard workout for me my calves were a bit sore. They have been sore for the past couple of day. However, I felt like I did a very good job going out and getting what I wanted to get accomplished for this workout. It was fairly hard for me to get into the CD which was alright but it was hard just because my calves were very tight.

I was feeling sore on my run today for yesterdays workout; my calves were feeling pretty tight. It was pretty slippery on the trails today, and I wiped out a couple of times on the run when going down hills. It was a bit hard to get anything out of this run because I was slipping and sliding everywhere.
