Running on treadmills will always kill my knees and be boring but running still remains a great way to kill my stress and relax. More snow today!! WIOL #7 was cancelled bc of snow today :(

Parents didn't want me driving in the snow so I walked to my friends house to go sledding. My dad walked with me half way so it was a fun tromp in the snow.

6:45 am practice...whoot whoot. Half day due to snow warning so we had to practice early. More conditioning!! 2 sets of full court layins. Some scrimmaging. Some 3 v 2. Pretty good deposited being early

Yay last regular season game and we came out UNDEFEATED IN LEAGUE!! I got to play a lot and we won by like 40 points. Lots of fun and lots of running.

Lots of conditioning today's because we had been off due to snow. Quarters were rough (6 down and backs, 5, 4...1). We played some 3 on 3 on 3. It was good.

SNOW DAY!!
This was really slow with the snow and ice, especially when getting to the bridge. Had to be careful not to slip and die or running in the snow was super slow. A lot better on the bridge because the wind had blown away most of the snow.

Did our very intense FIFA warm up to start. Had to do part 1 twice so yay for more running. Then we did break mark drills and then worked on our end zone. For the last 45 minutes of practice we scrimmaged red team, the team above us which has like 5 people on Team USA. I got to play a lot and it started snowing so it was fun.
