Long run out over the Dungworth side with 8*20on/40off around Rivelin. Icy in places, but nothing too Hoth (used Megs Disney plus to do a Star Wars marathon, was 100% time well spent). Enjoyed it and put a nice fast effort on top path.

Progressive 60 same as last week. Enjoyed that session. Some sketchy icy patches but nothing too dangerous. Kept to roads mostly, more just to mix it up a bit. Some of the best views I have seen in the Peaks. Bluest skies going. Coughing like crazy, but heart rate is back to normal.

Easy run to Fox Hagg and back along Top Path. Saw Alex and Alice by the alpaca farm. Very pretty run, still icy. Felt good. Longer than I expected it to be, but did walk the bigger climbs

Hilly 75 up and down the sides of the valley. Nice morning though. Legs a bit DOMSed up from gym on Tuesday and struggled on the hills. Felt better after though.

Strength and conditioning 1:10:00 [3]

Broke a slam ball, whoops. Other than that session was good. Felt good too. 100kg for deadlift comfortably, didn’t want to go much higher and destroy myself completely.

Finally got around to sorting my asthma appointment, so got a repeat for Clenil Modulite and the Salbutamol one. Should make a big difference. Hallam Uni GPs have been pretty spot on with sorting it.

Mint Riv run with Ben, Alex, Ed and Tom. Felt really good, coughing a lot, but didn’t effect running and heart rate seemed low in places. Descending definitely getting better. Really enjoyed that run.

Early run with 6*10s hills sprints (3minutes recovery). Cut my leg on some brier pretty bad. Quite icy in places and the fields going in to the valley were pretty sketchy with the frozen bog.
Hill sprints felt a bit flat, but cold felt a lot better.
The hill sprint hill was annoyingly busy since they have relayed the road, will have to find a new one or go after rush hour.

Run to uni. Bit icy on by the Shiny Sheff, although fine everywhere else. Cold is still there, but didn’t feel too bad, although I don’t think running in the cold yesterday helped. Useful to know that the route is exactly 45 minutes.
