Up to Braids via Blackford. Very selfishly asked Louise to join me and she did. What a great friend.

Long FwtN course on Braids. Prettyyy long. Messed up 1 pretty bad and had a few more misses but overall very fun. Got better and better at taking bearings throughout the course but always struggle to actually find the control. I suppose I should work on what you call attackpoints.
Don't know what happened with the scale but I am pretty confident I did not run over 2 times the course distance.

4x7min (90s). Feeling good. Not pushing too hard but stayed consistent over the reps.
Killing fields were muddyyyy, extra fun.
