4x4 mins (2 mins). + 4 x short hills was meant to do 5 x 4 but Simon said no, was feeling tired after 4th Decent session although a bit of a wierd session as only really feel it on the last hill of the 4 min reps which is awful and painful but the rest is ok, consistent splits tho. Felt decent tonight, but ran on the grass the whole way which was a bit rutted but ok, just bc of shins. They were ok but glad i went on the grass. Don't seem to have reacted from the weekend.
