Training at dale park cancelled as so much snow in the lakes so very happy I managed to at least get back to Sheffield today and a bit snowy here as well so just went on the treadmill for a bit. A bit annoying missed some training today but these things happen, and the snow looked very beautiful on the tops

ankle not sore when running but a bit in the evening

Some good nav, good to get back into a map again. Started snowing quite heavily from the beggining so was getting more difficult to nav/run as it went on but still ok.
Slipped on ice quite badly and went over ankle mildly think it's ok

WU, 2km tempo, 3*700m hills, 1*trap lane hill, WD. Ok session felt quite good and quite frosty out so very lovely morning. Felt a lot better than Tuesday. Reps all in the valley so a bit of terrain/trails were good

Not really great tonight, first time fast stuff in a hot minute so a bit of a shock to the system. Felt like couldn't really push it w legs as shins sore. Been doing a lot more sessions on tarmac recently so will ditch thursday and do some hills/trails instead. Track quite icy tonight so that didn't help. Overall just felt in a bad mood as was getting dropped by people I'm normally same speed but just need to not let that get to me. Also had a bit of a sniffle in the past week so need to not be so hard on myself.
