soccer with the guys. really fun again. traid to push hard and run a lot to make it a hard training. it worked. really tired afterwards but heart rate really low...

its really time to rest now. next fr - sun competitions and the same the next week. afterwards i will go to austria and run relay champs. training done, time to show off

o-training. way way better than on the weekend which is great. had good control pretty much all the way. 3 misses where i was just lazy with reading the map. grml. tried to run a decent pace without pushing it too much.
