Orienteering 1:21:00 [3] 7.4 km (10:57 / km)

For an Orienteering race it went OK.

Lots of focus on bearings and I realized I disliked the kind of compass I was using.

About 7-8 minutes of mistake (far more than I should have) mostly because I got lost 4-5 minutes on one control that my compass was strange and maybe even a parallel error.

Overall not perfect, but I learned some things.

(Also got really cold during the run.)

Workout:
3x3x300m

3 sets of 3x300m intervals at 56 sec for first set and then 54... 52.

Running 10:00 [2]

10 minute cool down from the workout. Super light jog.

Thankfully it was a nice and easy run with the track team today.
