Training Log Archive: Sudden

Tough week. Have had some pain in left ear which occasionally moved to the sinuses since Sunday but since the week was full with a couple of board meetings and a bunch of p-t interviews there wouldn't be any time for training anyways and thought it would go away with time. Didn't happened so decided late last night to go to a walk in and no doubt I have a bacterial infection so I am starting taking antibiotics tonight. Kind of sucks, but at least explains why I was struggling so much physically at WP.
