Since my road biking for the last 2 years has been exactly zilch, I took this at a tourist pace. Stops to look for 5 geocaches, the required cemetery, run down buildings, and a couple bridges covered and otherwise. The geocaches also finished Stage 8 Navigation Challenge for me. Now just an easy 5 hours tomorrow.

Had a session scheduled with trainer, so did this, too. Lot of balance work.
Then lifting with db and pulley machine. Core. Pushups.

Remembered I've got to do an hour of strength for one of the Lockdown stages, but it's got to be after dark. So add that for an evening task tomorrow.
