Erg 1:00:00 [3]

3.666 [ (3( 3 + 2))/ 4)]
That's 3 and 2/3 macro pieces each separated by 4 min easy/rest. Within each macro piece is 3 repetitions of 3min at 20 + 2 min at 18. Solid pressure, with the piece at 18 about 6-8s slower than the piece at 20. Over the 8 times at 20 I decreased my pace from 2:02ish to 1:57ish.

Group row. Good work but legs are a little flat. I guess that doing the leg presses while lifting on Sat really drained them.

Row Circuits 52:00 [3]

15 min WU and CD on the erg. 3 times through the circuit at 45s on, 15s transition.

Erg 1:00:00 [3]

Greg and Robert showed up and we ended up chatting the hour away. My legs were a little flat after yesterdays lifting and I was rowing a bit slow. No matter.

Bike 1:00:00 [3]

Cold a rainy. Bundled up in multiple layers, neoprene and rain gear to ride to the boathouse. After the erging I rode counter clockwise around the lake. Mile 21 as the Hooters aid station but with the lousy weather all the hoots were wrapped up in red sweats and rain ponchos. Saw the leaders go by and worked my way around the lake. Spotted Kurt about the 15 mile mark and rode with him for a few minutes. Body and hands were fine but my toes were really cold so I cruised home after that. Glad I wasn't running.

Run 1:02:00 [3]

Gray, 60F, waiting for the big front to get here. The paths at the lake were pretty quiet as most of the Dallas running community rests before tomorrows event. I was running slowly for about 10 min keeping an eye on calf when I ran into Duncan. We ended up running together the rest of the time and had some good conversation. It made the time pass fast and I wasn't thinking about my calf. Wouldn't you know it, no problems the whole rest of the time. Turned out to be a very good outing.
4 PM

Erg 30:00 [3]

Easy erg at the gym. Cold rains have arrived.

Lift (Dumbbells) 25:00 [3]

Good work right after erging. Full weight.
