Swimming 13:58 [2] 0.52 km (26:52 / km)

Wetsuit swim so could stay in a bit longer without getting horrendously cold. Forgot to stop watch to garmin thinks I swam all the way home. Didn't, just around the not-whoosh then along to the beach and back. Nice, though geese noisy and difficult to see past my breath misting off the water

Yoga 25:00 [1]

Yoga for hamstrings and lower back

Intervals (VO2 max 8x2) 1:00:39 [3] 5.1 mi (11:53 / mi) +42m 11:36 / mi
ahr:135 max:180 shoes: Walsh 5th pair

20ish minute jog warmup trying to get feeling back in my feet, 8 x 2 mins with 2 mins rest on the railway line behind the church, then jog home trying to stop my hamstrings from completely cramping. Felt a bit sluggish but good to get it done
