Pre-gym easy jog... cold as balls out there. Took about 3 miles before I could feel my toes again.

8 Goblet Squats, 44 lbs
9 Kettlebell Swings, 44 lbs
10 Kettlebell Push Press, 44 lbs
11 Burpees
12 Forward Rolls or 12oz Beer

Chose Beer for #12 which always makes it interesting going back down the ladder after chugging. Finished in 28:02
