Stopped at Greenland on the drive home from Mantiou. First 2 miles where slow and hurt alittle but then I loosened up and went ok. Did one complete loop.

Long Run of over 7 hours

Started from firehouse in Mantiou ran to Cog and back. JT showed up and we went Incline to top of Rocky Mt (did incline in 30mins) then down to Barr trail, JT went home and I went to 1 mile after Bottomless Pit turn off then to much snow. Came all the way back down to firehouse to refuel. Went up Incline 2nd time(slower!) then to top of Rocky Mt again and down Barr. Finished with a few miles around town. Great run.

Did not drink enough, the 2 Incline trips caused me to get behind, I was sweating like mad on that thing.

Wiped out and some aches and pains in the joints. Going to take a rest day before I do 8 hours tomorrow on Pikes with JT. Took 2 naps today one at work and after because I am do tired today.

45 min hill tempo

Same route that I have done the past 2-3 weeks on Bergen Peak. Today I topped out in 58:43, which is the 1st time under an hour and PR for this route. Thought I was way behind on time because I was having lots of side cramping and turned to power walking more than last week. Took an easy coming down.

Run at Mount Falcon, went to shelter in 31:43 on 1st pass through. Then ran bottom loop with DTR. Sore from moving all day yesterday.

Walk on the mill at 4.2mph and 10% incline. Did this at 5am. Legs little tired but not to bad

Spent from 8am until 6pm moving a buddy of mine, figured this is at least equal to an hour if not more of weights. Lots of big heavy stuff, great. Wiped out after today.

Ran 1st 2 miles with one kid then ran ahead to find the other which I never did. Not bad considering I was not racing and stuck in the back waves going around people like mad.
