From the house out past Little Eddy and back. Felt pretty good. Cold and windy. Sun and snow flurries. nice to be out. DRT is mind numbing, which was nice for today. Lots of ice in places on the trail.

Beautiful day at Horse Ridge. Ran first 4.5 with Siiri really easy in 50 minutes, then she turned around and I continued up to Overlook and back down to trailhead. 60% effort, per instruction. Started a little dehydrated.

Lollipop from the house with a little extra added in. Pretty rough to start, felt better as I went along. Nice day, again. One or Two more of these and it's supposed to start snowing, finally. Been a long time since i had a pair of shoes with 350 miles on them that felt this good.
