Super simple one. landmine presses (I really like these. They get harder if you do them from your knees). Then a 2km row for time. Told Mike I was fried from yesterday and so would just slow row the 2k. He fit-shamed me into dropping that plan and rowing a PB 7:27.6. Point 2 seconds faster than Nick rowing beside me. Not that we were racing. But, well, we were.

Then some tabata side planks just to soak up the rest of the hour.
