Yoga, again. Kinda getting into the sweaty flow of it all. Definitely feel it doing some good.
Note
Spinal Tap
Gotta get this behind us. We could host a Spinal Tap event at our place next Saturday evening or the following Saturday evening. Let us know and we'll set it for the evening that works best for everyone. We'll cover drinks and cheesies. Someone else will had to come through with an actual copy of Spinal Tap.
Oh, and don't you worry. Our sound system does, indeed, go to 11.
Cycle with Balogna, Trix and the morning news. I'm getting into the rhythm of things. 30 minutes is still tops though.
Knee a lot better after a session with Dan Petz. The theory is that the hyperextension caused the tibia to twing back and give my popliteus muscle a strum. He rebalanced things and got the alignment corrected again. No running for a few weeks.
The hottage is still SMT base camp for those who want to start the run from here.
Episode 3 of Enlightened. I do not recommend this to anyone except those trapped on an indoor cycle and interested in making fun of the cliched sentiment and manipulative characterizations of the main characters. Laura Dern, you can do better than this.
Knee not as bad as yesterday. Still able to find the part of the range of motion that lights it right up. Clipping out of the pedals for instance. Yeeeouch. But not nearly as guarded.
Episode 2 of Enlightened. This won an Emmy? It's going to be a struggle to get through the first season, but fortunately I've got the excitement of indoor cycling to keep my mind off of mediocre, self-absorbed TV.
The knee, it is not so good. Not as bad as last night, but it's hard going up stairs.
TNT. Huge turnout. Great to see Turbo. Popped the back of my knee on the 3rd rep. Felt something give and that's usually a sign that something really bad happened. I can walk normally, but if I torque the knee in any way, it caves and I topple. I take it that's not normal.
