Ran around the campus just before orienteering training. Nice to be back at main campus.

Note

Went to the physio today because my semitendinosus was feeling a bit tight (one muscle...I have no idea how). She worked on it and did some dry needling. It doesn't stop me from running, was just getting a bit annoying (Pulls slightly when I extend fully).
