gym class (Body Sculpt) 45:00 [4]
(injured) shoes: white puma

Great class - pushed all the way. Horrible night's sleep - so many things going on in my tiny little brain.

Harbourside walk while car had panel replaced. Lovely day with kind breeze. Didn't push as calf still needs lots of care.

walking (SSS#1Carrington) 43:04 [3] 4.9 km (8:47 / km)
(injured) shoes: black+blue

Severely hampered by calf muscle injury. Had been tight all morning while I was moving from one Storage unit to another, but had no opportunity to ice it before going out in the afternoon. Disappointed to miss out on signing up for next Wednesday's class - forgot with the excitement of carpenter arriving to line the ensuite, junior junior arriving to help me move and final Council approval for construction to commence.
Flat SSS#1 - only saving grace was streets are grid so my forgetting to bring my texta wasn't a big deal. NIce evening, but tried to make use of the strong Nor'easter.

gym class (PF Challenge) 50:00 [3]
shoes: white puma

Tough class but starting to tire of the repetitive style. Absolutely no creativity. Variety yes - somewhat.
While on the treadmill for the 500m run section saw a Melbourne hairdresser being interviewed. I think he didn't do the cause much good - with hairdressers just readmitted to the workforce and hence should be taking lots of precautions, it would seem reasonable that he wear the mask he had pulled onto his chin. The reporter interviewing him was as close as a client and there will be chat involved.... at least for appearances, let alone appropriateness.

Note

Beaut weather for the Lake Macquarie Rogaine. Around 460 competitors for 6 and 12hr. We set them off in 2 waves and had earlier start times to deter campers. All were very accommodating of the COVID19 measures and didn't bat an eyelid when asked to conform. Lots of positive comments after and I think this year's scenery was spectacular, especially the various waterfalls. My personal wildlife count: 1 leech and 1 scorpion, but I'll be keeping a special eye out for any friends. Rain held off until about last 30 mins and then only light. But by next morning I had wet tent, fly, canopy, damp sleeping bag and all my dirty cloths in a pile had channelled the rivulet. Still magic place. Fun parts of the weekend - watching on Saturday afternoon the party of 6 dressed up in crinolines no less doing a photoshoot in the Pines Picnic area and Sunday while we were packing up the rock band set up in middle of Pines drumming their little hearts out while being filmed. Best part of the weekend was camping with the rogaine crew - always a delight, but sadly someone pinched our stash of firewood so again no egg jaffles!
