feeling really tired generally at the moment - did consider going back to bed when the girls went to swimming, but felt OK plodding once I got going.
leg 3 of Devil's Burdens with Sarah Wiseman
I was quicker on the steep uphill at the start, but Sarah was definitely quicker on the fast slightly downhill sections, which is most of the course, so had to try really hard for most of it.
recce of leg 3 of Devil's burdens. did first section twice, because I didn't like the line I got first time. also jogged back up the road to Lomond Hills car park at end. taking it very steady, looking at map lots. icy.
2 sets of 3 hill reps 3 mins up , 2 mins jog down on Whitewisp slopes.
definitely feeling tired. l heel seems better, but right lower calf now tight / sore! perhaps overdid stretching yesterday
10 * flattish section from top of steep bit on top road to 30 sign. Taking approx 70 secs, but was in a blizzard so didn't look at my watch that much.
