Easy run with 10x flat out sprints. Really tired and left achilles sore at the mo (have lost ability to do 3 x 20 calf lowering with 25kg rucksack, working on getting it back). Strange that I can do flat out sprints hard enough to feel like it is some useful kind of training even if I'm sufficiently tired that I couldn't do a meaningful tempo run or long reps. Suggests good pattern for 3 sessions in a week for me would be
