Running intervals 30:00 intensity: (25:00 @1) + (5:00 @5) 5.4 km (5:33 / km) +65m 5:14 / km
weight:80.5kg shoes: GT1000 Yellow/Black

Easy run with 10x flat out sprints. Really tired and left achilles sore at the mo (have lost ability to do 3 x 20 calf lowering with 25kg rucksack, working on getting it back). Strange that I can do flat out sprints hard enough to feel like it is some useful kind of training even if I'm sufficiently tired that I couldn't do a meaningful tempo run or long reps. Suggests good pattern for 3 sessions in a week for me would be

Long Run / Easy / Easy / Long Intervals / Sprints / Easy / Easy

or swap the long run and intervals.
