Aus Relays
Went out with a bit of work to do, and although I might not have quite got there in the end I was happy enough with my run - pushed hard while staying clean with the nav, although I did miss around 30 seconds being a little high on number 8.
Physically felt fine, pretty tired by the end and glad it didn't come down to a sprint finish at the end like the seniors did, although it would have been more exciting

Average run, quite poor early, just kept getting trapped, probably not reading hard enough, then fine after in the arguably easier section

Felt pretty alright during my warm up, so decided to have a crack at a 3km tempo instead of a half Monna.
Felt pretty fast in the dark on grass
