Started later than I wanted as watch wouldn't located so had to go back in and resync.

Didn't really feel like going back to the other side of town but did so as I only live once. Future visits may be from big tesco once allowed to again.

Once down, pace reasonably good - into the wind heading out and behind coming back helped. There are actually hills over here if you look hard enough.

Right foot feeling very hard for the last 4k. Shoes need more time to break in so may keep it short tomorrow - only 0.5km off the week's target anyway.

Weighed myself today as looking a bit fat. 0.8kg lighter than I was before the initial lockdown which isn't too bad given I spend all day sat on the sofa eating chocolate biscuits.
