Was only gona do 1 but my legs really needed it! So soreeee. Stood in the cold water for 10mins after which hopefully did something. Really tossing up if I should run tomorrow... 15km with nearly 2000m climb up Hotham... Hmmm
Orienteering 1:00:20 [3] 7.3 km (8:16 / km)
Orienteering not very good :( stuffed 1 (they put wrong SI unit so I ran around looking for the right number even though it was...) Then stuffed up a piss easy down hill leg to a water course, hoping how sore my legs were running down hill meant I wasnt concentrating.. then stuffed up another where I doubted myself. After that my orienteering was much cleaner to the end. Pity it took so long to get going :(.legs rooted. Knee and hip felt ok, although my quads are in struggle town atm.
