Running warm up/down 12:00 [3] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)

Was only gona do 1 but my legs really needed it! So soreeee. Stood in the cold water for 10mins after which hopefully did something. Really tossing up if I should run tomorrow... 15km with nearly 2000m climb up Hotham... Hmmm

Orienteering 1:00:20 [3] 7.3 km (8:16 / km)

Orienteering not very good :( stuffed 1 (they put wrong SI unit so I ran around looking for the right number even though it was...) Then stuffed up a piss easy down hill leg to a water course, hoping how sore my legs were running down hill meant I wasnt concentrating.. then stuffed up another where I doubted myself. After that my orienteering was much cleaner to the end. Pity it took so long to get going :(.legs rooted. Knee and hip felt ok, although my quads are in struggle town atm.

Running 1:18:20 [3] 11.1 km (7:03 / km)

Mystic Mt - Bright. Day 1 of 4 peaks. Strapped my knee and it seemed to be dull and didn't get worse. Although my hip and knee both have that dull ache now. Quads went to jelly after the massive downhill and felt like I couldn't actually run the part where you could properly run! Beautiful run! The 4 peaks has me hooked and I'll be back next yr! Big stretch and massage required now!

Awkwardness from the get go. Been stretching, massaging and doing exercises for it but just seems to aggrevate it :(. Bright is not looking very Bright atm.

In the deep end avoiding slow swimmers coming my way... Was pretty busy.

No running. Had a massage last night been stretching it and self massage and seems to be the worst today... Not good brotherhood.

1k with flippers and then 500m without. Should have done it the other way round.

Pool Running 15:00 [3]

No pool belt so did it in the deep end. Just focused on trying to stride out and let the water massage my legs and stretch out my hip.
