So no decent orienteering in the foreseeable future, pretty sure other sports will get closed down too. I'm hitting the beer and chocolate.

Bush sprint (although not so much sprint style, more an easy/moderate short course). Beat Lyra on every leg to make up for yesterday.
Lost time looking for the control at #15 which was description embankment, but was on a pole I think... anyway should have been just looking for the controls to speed up.
Couple of courses at SOS. Legs completely dead, Lyra beat me by 9 seconds (and won 9 splits) on the medium sprint.

BF ride, felt much better this week, possibly because of the southerly, did a big turn with Nick for first 10k, thought I was dropped when I couldn't quite get on the NSCC group at the bottom, but channeled my beat-Jockness to ride him down and get into the elastic gap between him and the peleton, then felt good up the hill.
Bailed at Gordon (didn't fancy 10k in rain into a headwind in traffic).
