cycle to from the velodrome and work
8 AM

Cycling (Velodrome) 53:00 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (35:00 @3) + (3:00 @5) 34.0 km (38.5 kph)

35 min tempo... quite steady

Then 5 easy one sprint... fun session
7 PM

Swimming 42:00 intensity: (20:00 @1) + (22:00 @3) 2.0 km (21:00 / km)

swim, 300m warm up, 14x100m off 1:45, 300m warm down... felt ok but not fast.
