Sunny pre-brekkie. Trying to appreciate the Forest for the last time for a while but not really feeling it.

Strange session of 4 x 400 (400) followed be five relaxed strides. Wasn't really what I was hoping for but didn't want to go solo and wasn't sure how appreciative another group would be for me to barge in. Ah well, enjoyed doing something a bit different and just tried to hang on to Zak. Struggled to really push myself though, felt like I had more.

Was a really nice sunny evening but there was a polar wind so I didn't hang around long, got pretty cold. Tried to estimate the number of people on the track, was hard to do. Felt like I spent a lot of time in the second and third lanes. Last session down south for a while but looking forward to being back, whenever that may be. Enjoyed the two track sessions I've gone to.
