An almost-nothing day. we hung around the hotel gardens in the morning, then drove to Gisenyi in the afternoon. We waited until the Ironman race there was completed.

Lake Kivu is beautiful. we spent the night in a tent camp. The tent and bed were great but I'm getting too old for outdoor pit toilets in the middle of the night.
