Some warming up, then 5x3 of front squats and 5x2 of thrusters. Worst of the front squats was some tightness in the low back, so held it to 85#. Thrusters seemed problematic for both back and shoulder, so only used 35#. Then we ran up the hill and back (maybe a mile). R is quite a bit faster than I am now, even on downhills.
