That's seems like a lot of volume especially around a race, but if you can handle it then I guess is ok

Friday double, assuming Blue, seems a bit excessive if you're sprinting Thursday pm and racing a 5k on Saturday. Not sure what Keegan has set up for you at Bigelow, but let me know if you need them in O-Range for garmin verification. I've been setting myself various training runs there with O-Range over the winter.

If you're hellbent on the double at Bigelow, but want to dial back the distance, I could set you up with a pair of 'old folks' courses from Masters Nationals as well.

Since I follow most of the TeamUSA AP accounts (yup, scrolling through AP is part of my 'job') it is nice to see what you guys are planning for your upcoming training & racing.

Do you use the AP training calendar (one of Kenny's premium features) for planning out your training cycles? I use it periodically to assess predicted 'training load' for an upcoming season, though I'm certainly not training at the same level you folks are. But it has been handy to reinforce when I should be dialing it back and actually resting.

I don’t think I know what the training calendar is. Is it different than the training targets?
