How wonderful that she and you can go out together. Obviously she has recovered from herNAOC injury.

Have you ever done back planks or other exercises for your back?

Maria still has problems with her foot (and had it for a long time also before NAOC) so she usually can´t run at all. At NAOC she probably underestimated how weak her ankles are and didn´t even think about taping or using other support.

Skiing and roller skiing seems to be OK though even if she can feel some pain at times. Yes, it is nice that we can do this together and she´s actually good at pushing me out the door too :)

I´m terribly lazy right now - I don´t know what has happened really - and I seldom go to club trainings weekly for the time being. This has otherwise been a very "sacred" day in my agenda the last couple of years, but with increasing discomfort in running due to bad knees I haven´t been able to motivate myself enough this year.

I used to go to the gym once or twice a week starting a little over two years ago and this did wonders for most parts of my body. I´ve been stupid enough to stay away from that for a long time - and this is probably also part of my problem with both knees and back. I have to get going with this (and all other forms of training) again, but it´s always the hardest to get started, once you´re there it´s getting to be more of a regular habit.

Maybe tomorrow ;-)
