boy, am I rusty, and need more distance training. tomorrow's Senior oly postponed, and I had to fight myself out of the taper instead of just easing out of it. muggy, and my breathing felt bad - too many construction type inhalants lately? lets see, there's spray paint, cedar dust, exterior (flash dry!) solid color stain, and just higher particulate air in general.

better weather, more rest, and easier workout....good to go. 6 x 300, 2R walk jog after first one, but decided more running and less walking was better today, so 3R after that w/ just a few seconds of walking initially.
