Back to Hermantown running - very boring. Heel felt okay until the last mile when it started to hurt a bit, but was again okay when I finished. Just need to get in slow miles to regain the conditioning I lost.

Decided to go for an hour. Felt ok until about 45 minutes, when started getting tired. Quads were very sore at the start, but ok after a mile or so. Ran Port Orchard Blvd hill in 10:15, within a minute off my best ever. Foot not getting worse, which is good. Tomorrow is travel day, no running. Home on Thursday

Nice run in Port Orchard. Some hills - ups are find, down not so much. Heel feels the same.

After 19 non-running days, finally just had to run. Heel felt fine while running but still sore afterward. At thirty minutes started to fade, but hung on. Ran on the bike path along the Sound. Beautiful day, around 45-50 degrees. Happy to run again
