WU, some hurdles and box jumps.

Glute Bridges - 4 x 8 - (40, 40, 40, 50kg)
Nordics - 4 x 6

Abs Circuit - 3 x 8
Crunches, Ankle taps, Plank with shoulder touch, Windmills, Ys and Ts, Side plank dips, Dead bugs, Bicycle crunches. OUCH this hurt

Rolling and stretching. L ankle shin uncomfort last night, tried to roll it.

Hearts session, snowed loads so this was on the 3G not the track. Ladders and hurdles. L shin not great for one legged jumps

After agility stuff. Passing exercises L and R foot, possession games and then 2 teams with goals. Struggled to be motivated, wanted the session to end asap.. which makes me sad, I love football I dunno what happened :( But pretty certain I will sign for them

Deadlifts 4 x 8 (40kg) working on technique
Romanian Deadlift 4x5 (50kg) Hamstrings owww

Abs circuit - 8 exercises 30sec:10 x 3. I have no abs

Uni training. Ankles in pieces from last night, couldn't kick right foot and didn't feel at all confident. Dropped out before the final 15min game

Uni vs Hearts Prem. Played holding midfield in 5-1-2-2 and struggled to get the ball and make an impact. Shin was giving me some uncomfort but ran through it and didn't notice it. Chasing shadows while trying to impress Mike, Kevin Hearts Coach and apparently other coaches. Can't tackle and got crunched a few times but nothing major. Worked hard anyway

To training. Struggled to have any rhythm and generally tired. No chance I was cycling back!

Football Grass 1:45:00 [3]

Hearts dev pre season session at Meadowhill in Prestonpans. 2 hour session but some standing round. Didn't realise it would be 90% running. Grass frozen in places which made running/sprinting hard and shin didn't like it - uncomfort not too bad.

12/13 ish min continuous round the perimeter x 2, finished strong at front 3
3 x full pitch perimeter efforts 'get under 50sec' MY ARSE. about 1min-1.10
Some shuttles up an embankment and fast feet
5 Hill sprints, walk down, jog flat. Hard!

Small game at the end but legs wouldn't work, I could barely move!
Keen to sign me... ummm I'm not sure...

Squad game. OMG struggled to breath so badly :( hard to explain but kind of like no energy and tight chest.. Blaming it on being ill. Other than that and blisters I thought I played alright, more confident and attacking well. Defending needs work. Fun :D

Uni training cancelled, unplayable grass

Performance Gym. WU, agility jumps, low box jumps (watching shin) then into weights.
Pull ups 4x5 assisted (so shit at these!!!)
Deadlift 4x5 (40,50,55,57.5kg)
OH Press 4x5 (all 22.5kg)

Circuit at the end 3x 30sec on 10sec rest (kettlebell, plank, med ball slams, box toe taps, DB walk, OH squat v light, battle rope, curl and press). OMG all arms or something but this was hard! Steve was whipping us into shape I thought my arms would drop off!!

Hearts Prem Training at Peffermill. Started on the track - WU, 20,40,60m sprint tests, ladders and hurdles. Shin slight ache on single leg jumping

Training after track work on the 3G. High tempo passing drills and then into possession games and a half pitch game. Still coughing but worked hard and thought I held my own except a few poor touches. Sunday 9am Tranent though...

Blackford figure 8 (up the stairs) at a fair pace pre breakfast, felt a bit sick but everything body wise was fine.
