School fun run- first and lowered the record by 40s from last year. Went out hard got a gap after 200m and kept it just like last year but eased off a wee bit in the last couple k to avoid doms. In the end only a minute ahead of wee Kyle danson in s2 so maybe should’ve pushed the record a bit lower lol. Good to see another runner in Lochgilphead, apart from me and iris that claimed the MacMillan double first boy first girls and two new records not a bad day at the office. Head teacher said it’s not happening next year cos he cba organising. What an idiot the one day our obese school does exercise so I told him im organising it next year whether he likes it or not

home off the bus trying to keep the heart low. still high average 138 so need to get fitness but no point in doing anything but jogging before this weekend. feel good in real life and guess that the priority in next month or so with las examanes coming up so yeah. could be worse could be injured/ill so not too bothered

Dunrod hill brown, not great tbh 10 mins down on pete. Think my routes were ok just finding controls not great and last bit of map confused me with all the changing direction. Also fitness isn’t great still quite a bit worse than it was at uath lochans before flu- but I feel fine so don’t really know what to do. Good day out tho enjoyed it
