The Pine Forest - local league event
Pretty grotty area, even though I am assured this is one of their best... Legs feeling pretty tired from the get go, and never really managed to kick them into racing, especially on the really steep terrain. Nav was a bit sloppy meaning a lot of small time-losses mainly in the circles, and seemed to just loose all ability to make decisions towards the end of the race - not exactly ideal...

UCD Athletics session
Couple of laps of the pitches to warm up followed by drills (unlogged). 4x6mins[90secs] around the pitches. Really rainy made it tough. Ran with Meabh for the first 3, but she broke me a bit at he end of the third, so ran with Roisin for the last but then broke her...
WD back to the flat via Merville to pick up a parcel

Nice stretch out. Think this weekend/last night took it out of me more than I thought.
For the record: trepidarium = sauna/steam room/hot tub/hot bench/cold showers/ice. Relaxation heaven
