Petrified Forest Rogaines Day#2. Knee still didn't hurt somehow. Was with Ian and Alison till control 60, when I briefly got turned around in a wash. Slightly struggled with #34, and ran by #11 by accident on the way to the finish and needed to go back ~.25 mile.

Petrified Rogaines Day#1. 3rd Place.

Took some advil right before the event and wore the knee strap. Knee magically did not hurt for some reason. Didn't run at full speed to avoid re-injuring it.

Trying to figure out the knee is feeling and it's not good. Got through 0.5 miles before stopping to stretch it out and then had to stop another 0.5 miles later. Turned around after a mile, but only ran 0.5 miles before the IT band started acting up again. So just walked the rest of the way home. Followed that with a long session on the foam roller, going to break out the knee band for Throwdown tonight. Hopefully will be able to run a few miles, I've been anxious to get some running done since Man Against Horse and shake out the legs before this weekend's Rogaine events.
