Running 16:00  2.0 mi (8:00 / mi)
Trying to figure out the knee is feeling and it's not good. Got through 0.5 miles before stopping to stretch it out and then had to stop another 0.5 miles later. Turned around after a mile, but only ran 0.5 miles before the IT band started acting up again. So just walked the rest of the way home. Followed that with a long session on the foam roller, going to break out the knee band for Throwdown tonight. Hopefully will be able to run a few miles, I've been anxious to get some running done since Man Against Horse and shake out the legs before this weekend's Rogaine events.
