Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Warm up

Orienteering race (Relay) 1:05:20 [5] 10.6 km (6:10 / km) +410m 5:10 / km

Swiss Relay Champs, 3rd and last leg.
Good feeling in my legs, but not-so-fast running speed. Could exactly run my own speed, but not faster, no ability to fight. Went out on 3rd position, but was caught by Benno Schuler. Were together 1km before the finish, but had no chance to win a medal.
In the finish, I wasn't tired at all, could easily continued 5 more km... Seems like I have these *ultralong* legs again - can run long but can't run really fast. Okay, still better than nothing.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Wanted to do proper warm-up training for the relay champs tomorrow. Legs felt crap all the way, and it didn't improve after 10min, unlike the usual case. Seems like I wasn't recovered from the strength training.
Decided to shorten the warm up, wasn't motivated to hold out more withouth feeling good.

Nice evening training with the Boss. Good legs and okay speed, really nice.
3x1min full speed to get the engine running.

Wasn't motivated to do trainings the last two days due to really bad weather :-(. Have to work on my training motivation.

Short endorphine run. Strong legs this time, really enjoyed running. Seems like I start to get some shape again
