Pretty good run today. Kept with the girls for as long as I could and when they started pulling away I kept the focus on a tempo pace while trying to close the distance. Felt pretty sick today.

Good pool workout today. Did a good review of pre act and had the focus on struggle and competitiveness today. Pool was good, felt kinda sick going into deep water running.

Good run with Kayla this morning. some really crappy footing and it took me until about 3/4 of the run to start feeling strong and flowy. Runs have been feeling really slow and pokey lately with not much flow or grace.
