]Lost of elevation (3000ft), but felt so slow and weak. Hiked a lot

Hilly Cruise Interval on TM
Ran all the intervals between 9 - 10 mph, averaged 9.6 mph on the intervals. Maybe could have done the full 6 minutes at the 9 mph, but it felt pretty hard and I did have to work throughout the full 6 min
