Bell wood long course. Had a decent run even if my hands almost fell off in the cold. Managed to stay clean but should’ve run faster. Happy with 5 minutes behind Mathew.

DNC - Potarch. A lot of track running on this course and my legs felt dead so just had to plod round. Things did loosen off towards the end but this didn’t make the less than perfect nav any better. Made mistake at a deer fence which I thought I couldn’t cross but actually could of :(

Wee road ride round finella hill. Down the glen was v icy so had to slow down but on the flat main road managed to hold a more consistent high speed.
