Iron legs. Was having a perfect, winning race until the wheels came off at 50 km. Big Time. So I rehearsed not quitting.

OK, I'm done with these silly little runs. Tomorrow is the big race, and then I reckon I can squeeze in another week of mountain training before I head to ITALY! Is it really almost here???

Yes, actual swimming. In a pool. With lane ropes. At 6am in the morning!! Hopefully Charlie and I can make it a regular training thing because I am super out of swimming shape.
