Stockholm Middle champs 10th

First out in the forest. 4 minute mistake on 10 where ended up just too left of the control on the parallel knoll area which looked very similar. Miia then caught me up. The rest was ok but a bit scrappy and generally feeling exhausted but really enjoyed it so much so ended the camp on a high

Went over on ankle on the way to 3 which was very painful but only for a few second and then went away so thought it was fine. Could feel it waling around the airport later and very slightly swollen.

Planning on haveing a bit of time off anyway

Next to no sleep last night for some reason so felt absolutely awful in the morning as woke up with a sore throat aswell- maybe to do with grona lund tho

Was feeling absolutely horrible so called it a day and jogged along power lines and back picking up controls to the finish

Tyresö training loops

3 loops, fairly clean and control circles pretty good, on a few controls didn’t properly commit to a plan which meant I was climbing over unnecissary crags etc but generally good.
Feeling really good this morning a lot better than at the weekend, but ran into a tree midway round which wasn’t ideal. Just skin injury though
Feeling pretty good through the terrain physically especially down hills which dobs defo helped in the area
