Hills. Felt OK, still weird that max hr is so low even though I put some good effort. Met Giedrius with bike and witnessed his fall :)

Short hill with Katia. Pretty miserable weather. Left calf was pretty tight during warm up, but after some drills it has loosen up and it was ok during intervals.

Easy round hood. Calves feel pretty tight. Left foot a bit numb.

Orienteering race 1:02:16 [5] 7.52 km (8:17 / km)

Vileišio taurė. 'Prlonged middle'. Some small wobbles here and there, wrong route choice on the long leg, but that would still make me generally happy about my race technically. But towards the end messed up a big time - headed out a bit wrong direction from no13, realized that, but still kept on going a bit more to left and ended up doing really big tour around - that cost me nearly 2min. Physically felt pretty wrecked. Also super tight and burning calves didnt help so much neither.. But at least was able to run more less the whole distance (even though was pretty slow in places). Nearly 8min behind Kristina who had a good run.

On treadmill in the gym - because in the race skipped cool down due miserable weather. Had a good stretch and sauna after to loosen up muscules.

Orienteering race (Ažušilė) 40:22 [5] 5.1 km (7:55 / km)

Vileišio taurė. Middle. Technically pretty good run with some misses under 20-30sec. Totally just over 1min. Did one bad route choice, but it looked safer. Still pretty slow feeling - but at least in the beginning found some rythm. Towards the end uphills really killed me. Managed to finish first as cought up Tekle couple time (she started 2min ahead), but she was pretty quick to disappear and to miss again.

Solo tempo run. Supposed to be an easy one. Generally felt ok. Tried to keep steady pace uphills. Kind of glad to have everything under 4.30 pace.

Barely forced myself to run. Was glad after though. Felt super lazy and HR didnt want to rise as it does usually. Towards the end put some more efforts, but didnt reach 180 anyway...

Instead of track session got easy session - some drill and surges with Vesta after warm-up. Went for longer cool down and got into rain-ice. Pretty nasty, but beautiful.

Orienteering race (Kudrionys) 1:34:05 [5] *** 10.6 km (8:53 / km)
26c shoes: innov8-spike

Pavasario taurė long. From beginning didnt feel well physically and early did a massive parallel mistake over 5min. Imagined Im running faster and started to search for control way to early. Took a while to realize whats wrong. Actually Loreta showed location of her control... Saw Tekle passing, didnt want to disturb. Couple controls later got cought by Ausrine. Kept up with her till the end of butterfly - her navigation was pretty bad so she kept on saying hi to me. A bit after consuming gel got a bit better physically, but then again made some mess on long legs. Towards the end got pretty exhausted, but just slow-wise - because later that day felt pretty ok.
In 7th, 19min after Tekle.
Pretty disappointed with weekend. Though positive side is - I know the level or the 'bottom' so I know that I can improve. Just hope there is no physical problems (low iron or other shit).

Pavasario taure, middle. Technically was a good race - some small 'looping', but totally under 1min. Physically started ok, till half felt like running, but then came the struggle and unimpressive speed dropped even more. 4' down to Sandra in 5th.
A nice course and weather anyway.

Was afraid for unstable ankles so tried to tape right one. During warm up got some unpleasant pain, so before the race took it off. It went pretty well - feet felt stable!

3x800. On The plan was 5 reps but bailed as it was too much pain and too little speed. Also girls voted for it. Body, esp hams very sore from yesterdays xfit - maybe it was also reason why legs didn't want to move. Need good stretching..

Hills, with Toni in the beginning. Felt ok - didnt push too hard but manged to do usual route. A bit weird that HR is not rising much over 180 what usually does in these hills. Conclusion - Im well trained or getting old.

In the morning suspected im getting feverish, but it got better. Managed to go out for a run at 7.30 only so finished in dark. Felt ok - havent had proper long run in ages (even though this is not very long). Left foot feels a bit 'twisted' and not stable. Strange that dont feel anything while walking.

Saules relay. In team with rasa and gyte. Did the first leg - same course with M45 and M45, so had company all the way. Beginning was kind of boring and physical, but from the middle it got green and vague contours made more interesting. A lot of forking and fun. Physically felt pretty horrible - seems body still havent got in competitions mode.. Technically did kind of ok - small wobbles, but everything under 1min.
