did an hour and a half piece for meters. I won (even beat my coach :) ) It was split up into different pressures and stroke rates.

so after the 6x500m workout I felt pretty good and thought that my times were good and i was still a little dissapointed about my 2km test on monday so i decided to try it again. Well, i blew my old time away and went from a 7:42 to a 7:33 at an average 500m rate of 1:53.3 which was my initial goal time for the year... so i guess i need a new goal time

2km test today, didn't go as well as I had hoped, i kinda got really tired after about 700m into it, but apparently alot of other people did too and i think the workout that we did on saturday had something to do with that...
