did GMR down East Fork and up to Crystal Lake. Was supposed to come back up East Fork but was tired and running late so just came back the easy way, which surprisingly had more climbing than I expected. Greg Climbed back up over East Fork by himself. Happy that I got some PR's on the GMR Climb and on the Crystal Lake climb. I am improving!

felt a little better on the ride, pushed a couple more watts at a slightly lower HR with a much lower Max Hr as well. I really felt some fitness improvement on the bike this week.

trying to turn this into a little longer moderate ride. I did notice that my legs start feeling a little tired at about the 1:50 mark. I have noticed that on the longer rides. So hopefully this moderately longer mid week ride will fix that.

rode in the rain with Lendog and John. did a few good efforts on the ride and then heading home. legs felt much better because I didn't do my late night workout like I usually do on Monday and Thursday night so probably not doing it anymore as it allows me to focus on the bike more.
