TM walking because I again wanted to give the knee a break. I had no pain while walking. I did first 10 minute at 4.2 and 10% incline, then I worked it up to 11% for 10 minutes, 12% for 10 minutes, 5 minutes at 13% and then I went to 15% for the final 10 minutes. Felt good but worked at the end.
