4.5 miles at 10:00 mpm ultra pace on snowy roads.

24 minute run outside and then 36 minutes on the TM at 8:50 ramped up to 6% on the 5 minutes for 6 X 1 minutes intervals.

Wednesday Feb 25, 2015 #

Recovery Run 46:00 [3] 5.2 mi (8:51 / mi)

Easy run of 5.2. Never looked at my watch and ran 8:46 pace. Felt pretty easy at the end. No pain anywhere so feeling good.

Tuesday Feb 24, 2015 #

Fatlek 45:00 [3] 5.2 mi (8:39 / mi)

Unstructured fartlek on road and trail somewhat rolling. Probably did 12-15 fartleks segments of 30-50 seconds. Didn't look at the watch much until the end. Average pace 8:12 which felt surprisingly fast but I felt good.

Monday Feb 23, 2015 #

Walking 45:00 [3] 3.2 mi (14:04 / mi)

TM walking because I again wanted to give the knee a break. I had no pain while walking. I did first 10 minute at 4.2 and 10% incline, then I worked it up to 11% for 10 minutes, 12% for 10 minutes, 5 minutes at 13% and then I went to 15% for the final 10 minutes. Felt good but worked at the end.

yoga 45:00 [3]

Pretty sore and tight, especially in my back. I decided to do yoga rather than risk running. I also have some slight ache in my left knee (usually if I have knee pain it is in my right knee, although that one is fine). Better safe given the mileage this week.
