Had origionally been planning a road bike... Then cycling back to the flat I wasn't so sure, the roads were lethal. Got into the flat and Andrew pointed out the Pentlands. That was where I headed. Quick call to Coombsy and Scotia and we were there. Awesome run, 3in of snow everywhere. Best run in ages. Took a camera - photos here http://www.new.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2225199&...

Pretty tired after this mornings effort! Bishop was away so it was me taking the circuits. Did a variety of stuff. I just don't have the s&c related banter that Steve has though:(

Tuesday Dec 2

Had been feeling really tired yesterday, but a loong sleep until 10.30 seemed to sort me out. Meant to just go for a steady run but ended up running quite fast and felt pretty good. Not sore from yesterday which is nice. Ran round Braids and Blackford, one of the quickest times. Crackin.

Monday Dec 1

Slept in a bit so missed the organized sesh. Saw Bish in the gym anyway so he knows I was there! Pretty tired.
Squat - 60kg - 3x10 (knee feeling ok)
sldl - 60/65/70 - still feel a bit inconsistent on these
oh press - 30kg - struggling
leg raises - 3x3
some other core type stuff

Sunday Nov 30

Orienteering race 58:55 [3] 8.8 km (6:42 / km)

Tensmuir SoSol. Shite run!
Made an awful mistake on the way to no. 4 and got really pissed off. Ran hard for the next few and was going pretty well at this point. Then vague one in the green. Met Scotia who was hunting for it and got distracted so losty a few minutes looking for it. Cocked up the next one too. After that was generally a bit scrappy and got quite tired. Stupid mistake on no. 19. Map is poor in placdes but shouldn't be an excuse. Not the way to orienteer. Need to get badck in control.
